黄鹏羽,博士,研究员,博士生导师,国家优青。

研究领域:生物人工器官与再生医学

研究兴趣

1. 利用体外自组装、3D生物打印、生机电一体化等技术,构建生物人工器官(肝、肺等),并应用于器官衰竭模式动物的治疗。

2. 基于CRISPR/Cas9体内基因精确修复、基因激活、Cas13靶向沉默RNA等技术,实现肝脏疾病的基因编辑治疗。

3. 肝脏损伤过程中肝细胞死亡和肝脏再生的调控机制。我们重点关注该过程中的铁离子调控和小RNA调控。

主要研究成果

1. 发现了慢性肝损伤后肝修复治疗的新靶点IGF-2(Hepatology, 2017)。

2. 建立了一系列体内肝脏基因编辑技术并应用于肝修复治疗(EBioMedicine, 2017; Nature Neuroscience, 2018; Protein Cell, 2020)。

3. 通过生机电一体化和3D生物打印两个途径构建了生物人工肝脏(Cell Research, 2016; Gut, 2021; Biomaterials, 2021)。

4. 建立了将小鼠和人皮肤成纤维细胞直接诱导转分化为肝实质细胞的方法,提供了新的肝脏种子细胞来源(Nature, 2011; Cell Stem Cell, 2014)。
